I have a 05 neon Getting a p0340 as soon as it is started. Clear code and it comes right back! As of now this is what I have done.

cam sensor
crank sensor
pcm
cam reluctor
re-wired and and re-pin cam and crank circuits
Timing Belt

Problem is still there all parts are mopar. A friend that worked for dodge said he had the same issue with one after timing replacement and what ever he did was
a easy fix.. Timing marks are on the money with correct tensioner tension.

Any help is very apperciated
