Default Neutral safety switch,,,I don,t think so
HELP!!! 2001 neon Automatic. Engine turns over in any position Park, Drive, Reverse. AND engine won't start. 50 PSI fuel pressure.

Do you have spark?..

Cam/Crank Sensors are just one possibility.

If it was the neutral safety it wouldn't even crank.

I didn,t think the Neutral Safety Switch was bad, but it will crank in any gear...Is there a way to check the crank...cam position sensor.....Would a Throttle position switch be a possibility?

TPS won't typically cause a car to not start..
You would need a scantool to verify cam/crank.
