AC and power plug issue
01 neon
I sent my car to a shop for the tech to check a few things 2 of those things were the AC (no cold air) and the power plug (no power)
After he tried charging the ac checking relays and fuses, he could not figure out why I wasnt getting any cold air from the AC or power from the power slot.
The AC blows air as if I turned it to pull air just fromt he outside.
I am guessing its some sort of wireing issue?

by power plug, do you mean the 12V outlet, or 'cigarette lighter' port?
if he attempted to charge the AC, i assume that means your compressor's clutch kicked on and the compressor is functioning normally. if there was a blockage in the system, it would affect the pressure readings, and i also assume since you didnt mention it, that he didnt mention it, herego, the pressures were fine across the board. that will narrow it down to an electrical issue, but at that point, you just have to start going through the wiring, and i know thats a daunting task, but thats all you can do.
make sure that when you switch on the AC, that the compressor clutch kicks on. the high pressure line (if memory serves right) should also be cold to the touch, if it is operating correctly. if it is cold, you should also consider that your expansion valve could be going out. i had one go out on a lexus, and despite everything else being fine, it wouldn't allow the AC to get very cold. also, be sure your fan(s) is working, that will affect it's operation at low speeds and idle.
