i recently replaced a serpentine belt , serpentine pulley and a serpentine belt tensioner pulley and when i press the gas to accelerate, the motor seems to sound louder than what it was before i started working on my car. need any advice asap!!!

 

is the tensionoir to tight. there are marks on it check int that. is the pulley on to tight???
