Default 2000 dodge whines and idle horrible

My 2000 dodge neon has 19,000 miles on it.. no joke but everytime i turn tbe wheel is has a horrific power steering whine the fluid dosent leak and is topped off idk what it is. And when it idles my molar want to fall out of my head and ideas?

A whine usually means you have air in the power steering system, they actually make tools that will allow you to suck a vacuum on the reservoir and remove the air..

As for the idle, that is typically caused by your engine mounts. There are 3 engine mounts on the passenger side and 1 transmission mount on the drivers side.

Well all the rubber is intact and in good shape on the mounts. From looking at it

There is one in the middle of the motor on the passenger side that you can't see unless you take it out usually. There is also an alignment procedure to align the mounts to eliminate vibration, although I've never done it.
