Exclamation New Dodge Neon Owner, need help!

As the title says, I'm new and need some help. I recently bought a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT because I totaled my previous car (2005 Cobalt SS/SC) when a stupid lady ran into me as I was turning . I like the Neon, its nice, spacious, & comfortable. The only downer is that its SLOW! So much so since my previous car was pushing 230HP/220Torque. I have dabbled with Neons before since my friend use to have an SRT-4, but he didn't do much to it since it was already fast and ready to go.

So now on to the help. I need to know which web sites are good to use for buying performance parts. What would help me get more HP and Torque out of this little car. What would be smart to buy now & what to buy later. I do intend to buy a turbo in the future. Any help is welcomed. Thank you for taking the time to read and help me out!

P.S. It is a manual tranny. No Auto-Tragics for me!

Sorry to hear about the Cobalt man.

Basically you don't have a whole lot of options here. Hahn Racecraft has/had a turbo kit for you that would be exactly what you want but they are on closeout if not already sold them all off. http://www.turbosystem.com/auto/neon...gen%20Neon.htm

Other than that you could make a custom kit or do an SRT-4 swap.

Other than a turbo you're really not going to be able to make it much faster than it is now.

On a side note, while I understand that auto's aren't that good in 4 cylinder cars, a stalled auto in a V8 is nothing to laugh at

Turbo or leave it be, IMO. There are things that you can do that may add a little pep to it, but it won't compare to your Cobalt SS unless you turbo it.
