Default 01 neon drives rough

I have a 2001 dodge neon with 163,000 miles on the original engine. I've owned it for just about 5,000 miles and its starting to act odd. Intermittently while i'm driving the car seems as if its driving in low gear, it feels as if it struggles to stay at speed. I do have a check engine light on (its been about a month) and its throwing off the P1684 (Battery disconnected) and p0600 codes (PCM failure) could this be my problem?

Only things i've tried thus far is seafoam, and then an oil change and spark plug change, No luck.

Any advice would be amazing.

i would first try cleaning your contacts. start with the battery terminals, then all your grounds and grounding straps, make sure there's no corrosion and that your grounds are good. many a time this simple issue has been the symptom of serious problem.
