i just bought a 2003 dodge neon with 84k miles, i drove it home 40 miles, the next time i drove it the engine light came on, then i realized the engine coolant was low so i put some in and noticed inside was a creamy pink color. the engine light went off and hasn't came back on but 35 miles later while stopped at a light my oil light came on and the car stalled it immediately started back up when i turned the key and didn't do it the rest of the way home 5 miles.

 

If your coolant is a creamy pink color that generally means that your coolant has mixed
with your transmission oil VIA an internal trans cooler leak in the radiator. If this is the case do not drive your vehicle anymore and get it towed to the nearest shop.

To be completely sure check your trans fluid condition and compare it against your coolant.

 

^^^ This. Hopefully the check engine light isn't for an internal transmission problem. If the trans fluid and coolant mixed, you'll need at minimum a flush of both systems. Hopefully that is all too...
