Default 2003 Tail Lights
Ok so I am interested in putting these headlights on my car

Will I be able to put these on a 2000 neon without changing the bumper?

That's dumb because the 03 and up have nicer looking ones! but thanks for the info man, guess I'll save myself a couple bucks haha
