Jump start the car, and start the engine the same time.
See if the problem goes away.
I'm going to try to replace the plugs/wires. Just curious though, what would jumping the car do? It takes a minute to crank if it's been sitting a while, but If it's only a minute it cranks right up.

Does the battery light come on?
If it's, then the battery is weak (it's not holding charge), or the alternator is not charging it.

Easy way to know if the battery is weak, or the alternator has wore out, you jump the car.

If it's not the motor mounts, then I think your car is misfiring (the air/fuel mixture is not ignited).
Misfiring at idle, your car idles rough, causes the engine to shake. You feel vibration.

Misfiring at high rpm, no vibration but your car will hesitate, and no power when you accelerate.

You said you also have a problem with cranking the car up, so I think it's the battery, or alternator, but it could be anything that causes your car to misfire.

If your engine is cranking a normal speed but cranking longer than normal the first thing I would do is see if it holds fuel pressure with the engine off.

ok- to address all this:

-The engine mounts are fine- I had a friend do that.
-no battery light is on
-replaced battery last week

-the car does this only at 700-800, revving up makes it stop (or makes it so I can't tell)

-the car cranks at normal speed, but when cold takes longer, when hot fires right up. How can I check the fuel pressure

again, guys- Thanks so much. I'm changing the plugs and wires tonight (work got in the way of working on my car!)

There's a schrader valve on the fuel rail you can check the pressure with a gauge. yet a can of seafoam and put it through the intake and in the gas tank. it cleans out the carbon and injectors.

Ok- changed the plugs and no luck, still idling rough. I'm going to do seafoam tomorrow on the intake system. I hear it makes a TON of smoke so i'll do it after work at the warehouse location, haha. I'll look up the gas pressure, see if that is it. I'll report back! Thanks again guys!

Not smart to do it near an enclosed space, the smoke is really bad. It'll smoke for a few mins after you crank it up. This is what it'll look like. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMS5...e_gdata_player

Which suction line do i put the seafoam into? the one going into the idle control valve? Been googling, coming up with mixed results.

And ya, i'm doing it in the parking lot of a ware house.

I have never heard of someone put sea foam in their gas tanks to clean their fuel systems, but I'm not sure if you can do that. Maybe if you have little gas left in the tank.
There are different products to put in the gas tank.
You put sea foam in the intake manifold through the throttle body, to clean the combustion chamber, ...

If fuel pressure is good, you may want to unplug the fuel injectors to test if they are actually spraying gas. Those products sometime will not help clean out a plugged fuel injector.

How to test the fuel injectors, I hope someone on here can show you a simple way to do it. I can't, I got to go.
