i have my valve cover off, im trying to change the gasket and gromets and everything. i can not get the sealers out for the spark plug tubes. are they pressure fitted in there or what? i tried everything i could without destroying them while taking them out.

 

They are extremely hard to take out. If you're replacing them, use a thin screwdriver to pry them out from the bottom side of the cover. Unless you're actually replacing them, I don't see any reason to remove them.??

i got it all taken care of thanks, took a screwdriver and bent the old ones in and got them out. thanks for the reply, appreciate it
