Automatic transmission problem
Watch this video: 2000 Dodge Neon shudder
My car does the same, but when it changes gears only. It happens when I'm making a sharp left, or right turn usually.
At 0:25 in this video is the noise that you will hear. The car does not jerk forward, but jerk like you have stalled your car (like in manual when you first learned to drive it), except that the engine does not die, and the car continue to roll.
There was a few times that I heard the grinding noises.

I need to test the Torque converter clutch and solenoid.
Is this safe to disconnect the electronic connector from the TCC solenoid, and then test drive the car to see if the problem goes away?

This is the first time I hear about the Service Engine Soon (SES) light, but no any code when I plugged in the OBD II scanner except the Evaporator warning code. Which is about the loose gas cap, or the system is leaking gas somewhere. I have replaced the gas cap. That did not help clear the code.
This code is not related to the problem I'm having. This code appears on other Dodge Neons, including my sister's Dodge Neon which we sold a few years ago.

Anyone know the location of the torque converter clutch solenoid (tcc) connector?
I unplugged the wrong connector from the trans solenoid. The car did not shift, so I had to plugged it back in.
