Default Car stereo stopped working after I took out the carpet

So I took the carpet out of my 2004 neon SXT. After I put the seats back I realized my stereo stopped working. I've disconnected and reconnected the battery. I've replaced the in dash fuses along with the fuses under the Hood. I even replaced the fuse behind the stereo itself and still Nothing. I looked at all the wiring ( I installed it myself. After market Pioneer deh-2000mp) and it seemed fine. I've had this stereo for 3 years and moved it from three different vehicles. I dunno What's wrong. When I was taking out the carpet I accidentally tugged on a cord on the passengers side near the glove box. And the in dash fuse box there's a black wire with exposed copper but I can't figure out Where it goes. Any ideas? I'd hate to replace the stereo.

The stereo ground perhaps? Might check that wire against a wiring diagram.
