Need help with outer window weather stripping
I have a 2005 Dodge Neon SE, manual windows and locks.
I've looked around, and I have not been able to find the exact name, and procedure fore removing and replacing the rubber weatherstripping on the outside of the driver/passenger and backdoor window. The one that is right up against the glass on the outside as you roll it up and down. Mine are cracked on all 4 doors, no water is getting in it, but I would like to replace it. I can not seem to find a video, or instructions, or pictures on how to uninstalling this item, and the name or part to replace it with. Any help would be awesome.

Because nearby a local is parting out their 2004 dodge neon, and I'm replacing the interior door panels, and was considering the weather stripping as well on the outside, since I noticed its been cracked. But I do not know how to take them out on either vehicle.
Hmm, I looked and it looks like their clipped, with metal clips to the door frame. To better describe myself since I do not know the name, and it's too dark to take a picture. Closest I could find online. Referring to the top black strip in the picture on the outside of the car, that keeps the water out of the door.

Oh, that black strip, aka "Belt Molding?" Here's a post from LSP about it:
The belt moldings have double sided tape underneath them and three large clips holding them inside the door. Roll the window all the way down and you'll see the clips. Pry up gently with a flat head on these, they love to snap. If they snap you'll never get it back on right and they are over $100 each new at the dealer.
And pick some double sided tape up for when you want to put them back on. They also "slide" a bit into the mirror base so that they don't flap.
