what kind of after market muffler is good?
i have a 2004 dodge neon SE and i want to put a after market muffler on it. i want it to have a sporty sound. sorta like the honda civics in fast and furious.

I wouldn't equate "sporty" with the weedeater sound of the Civics in F&F. If you want it to sound like those: http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-TITANIUM-F...sories&vxp=mtr

Magna Flow has some pretty good sounding exhausts for the neon. I haven't seen them for under $500 though. How much are you wanting to spend? I picked up my axhaust off of EBay for $160. the sellers name is "Racing Guys". With the silencer in itstalled it's pretty quiet. I haven't run it without the silencer so I don't know how loud it can get. If you look at my profile I have a couple of pictures posted of the exhaust uninstalled and installed ... It's completely chrome.
