A lady in my area has an 04' Neon R/T for sale. I went to look at it because in her ad she claimed it could be easily fixed, but in my opinion it's totaled. The right side subframe is crushed, but from the firewall back it's in pretty good condition along with the drivetrain. I don't see many 2nd gen R/T's around, so I was thinking about buying it and parting it out. So I thought I would put out a feeler to see if there's any interest in parts. I would hate to see it end up in the scrap yard, but I don't want to lose money either. She wants $900 for it and it has brand new 17" tires and a new battery. Any thoughts?

I'd give her $500 and trailer it home. You could get $400 for a magnum top end swap if the head looks good

 

Parts would be nice, just a bit to far for me ...
