I have a 2000 Dodge Neon... It starts but dies when I turn on the lights... It does drive with the lights off but stalls when trying to shift... My left headlight is really dim... The odometer shows "fuse no bus" and the gauges on the dash work when they want to... The clutch and clutch cable were just replaced... The ground wire from the battery tray to the transmission has been replaced to try to fix the problem... Didn't help... Does anyone know what could be wrong???

 

Dodges like their grounds, make sure you have all of them connected. Also bad battery or alt. . the pcm controls the regulator so it may be time for a new computer.
