Default 2003 SXT hard shift

I have a 2003 SXT that just started shifting hard. I did the key dance and got codes P0441 and P0700. When driving today, it would not shift and went into what I'm assuming is "limp mode." I checked the fluid level and it was low. So I added a qt of ATF +4. It drove better, then started doing the same thing. When I got back to work, I noticed there is a puddle of tranny fluid under the car. Any ideas on where to start looking? It's raining here now, so I'm gonna go home and jack it up and let it dry out.

Find your leak and go from there.

Found the leak, it is coming from the engine coolant overflow. Front RH side of the reservoir, now there is tranny fluid in my coolant reservoir. I checked the thermostat housing and atf is mixed with the coolant. Is my radiator toast?

When coolant and ATF mix, it will eat the clutch packs in the transmission and destroy it. DON'T drive the car until the leak is fixed and the transmission has been flushed and filled with new fluid. If it was caught in time, your transmission may still be good.

I drove it home about 6 miles in limp mode. I am going to replace the radiator and flush the coolant and tranny. Thanks for the help.
