APPS? What it is?
I have an '05 and I was reading about an APPS. From what I understand, it's a cable from the pedal to a sensor/accuator pump, and that motor controls the throttle plate.
Is my description correct? What are the pros and cons of this motor? Is it a more accurate rev limiter?
