I just replaced my rear deck speakers with these:

Be warned, the door speakers mounts on the Neon are 6.75" across, where as most cheaper aftermarket speakers are only 6.5" wide. I had to drill a couple new holes in the plastic (really kludgy, I know), but they do fit.
The rear deck is meant to be compatible with flat-front speakers, and again, these Sonys don't conform. However, unless you're regularly hauling heavy stuff on your rear deck, this shouldn't be a problem.
The prices on that website are Sony's MSRP. In reality (as opposed to Sonyality) they are very reasonably priced given the cheapness of their construction. I got mine at Wal-Mart.
