Default Dodge sx2.0

Hi everyone just joined from Canada. Nova Scotia.

Have a little problem and was wondering if anyone can help?

Have a 2003 SX 2.0 (Canada) that has no high beam indication on instrument cluster. Am hearing chatter coming from the daytime running light (DRL) relays, when starting vehicle. Once headlights turned on chattering ceases, but no high beam indication. Was told that the DRL module located behind radio, lower right side. Well, NO its not. I know that the DRL was implemented using the fog lamps in 2003. Any wiring diagram that I have come across showing the Fuse Panel, where these relays are located, says "NOT USED", but there they are.

Is there a wiring diagram out there for the SX 2.0 specifically or can, let's say, a 2003 or 2004 SXT diagram be used?
Is there in fact a DRL module located somewhere else, other than the above mentioned?

I looked up the DRL and this is what I found:
The DRL function is provided by the cluster. The DRL Module is an integral part of the instrument panel cluster.
Are you sure the hi-beam bulb isn't burnt out? Do your hi-beams actually work?
