helloi have a 2000 dodge neon i have my power steering belt kepps slipping off i changed then hole pully the new one has a grove now it doesnt slip off but when i try to turn wile pressing on the gas my steering wheel locks up what is my problem if u can help thanks?>

 

see if your crank pully is bent or out a lil bit. You also need to see if your PS pump is locking up or creating resistance. Sounds like slipping with a turn and acceleration is a sign of such things

 

witch one is my camshaft pully the one that has the altinator and p/s steering belt on it./harmonic balincer and how do i find out if my pump is jameed ?
