Default 2004 Neon sxt - listening to MP3/iPod

I'm fairly new to cars and just got my 04' Dodge Neon sxt.

Is there something that comes with the original sound system that I could plug into my MP3/iPod to listen to?

Thanks in advance

No, you'll have to pick up an aftermarket head unit. I bought a new Pioneer for around 100 dollars and get the wiring harness and radio adapter for about 150 bucks total, took about a half out to install, piece of cake.

If you wanted to go the cheaper route, you could use a 3.5mm to tape converter (if you have the tape/cd radio) or a FM transmitter. But neither of these options will give you the same quality as a direct line unfortunately. I know exactly how great the stock system is in our cars, or at least the speakers and an aftermarket head unit would be a great improvement over the already great system.
