Default battery post connector

what the heck do you gotta go to the junkyard or the dealer for the part or something? It's like some proprietary terminal connector or something. My positive post connector wore out and snapped.

And nobody has it? Went to Pep Boys, Autozone, O'Reilly's. What? Really?

Wound up rigging a bronze connector from Pep Boys.

Do you think a regular auto parts store can special order it? Or do I have to go to dealer?

Thanks...

I have a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT

you can just use any connector. i got mine wired for a front post battery. so it screws into the battery.

I just bought a regular battery terminal and soldered/sealed ring terminals onto the existing wires and then just attached 'em all together.
