how much of a noticeable difference would there be to change the stock cat out for that magnaflow?

i notice a better take off and more power. the sound is better too. but my old cat was getting clogged a bit, so i lost power running stock cat.

its prolly not clogged, its just loosing its ability to do its job and its lacking power.
