Default Need picture to compare please.

Hello, I just bought a 05 SXT AT, Neon, overall the car seems to be Ok. I found that the aluminum AC pipe is being rubbed by the hood pole holder.

The car had a small hit on this corner, looks like was properly repaired, but not sure why this pipe is touching the pole and the stering pump. I would like to get a pic similar to the one I attached, so I can compare both pics. Thanks.

Don't have a picture to compare, but I can definitely tell you that that AC line should be tightened down. Just manipulate the pipe so where it wouldn't ever rub up against anything for any reason. Don't bend it or anything, just push it down and out of the way. I'll look at mine tomorrow. I'm not sure that that line hwould be that close tot eh power steering pump.

The line is tweaked. It's hard to tell from your close-up, but it almost looks like the end of the line is too close to the pump, like it's pushed to the passenger side too much. Maybe it just needs to be gently worked around the PS pump so it is underneath it instead of on top. That may actually be the quick easy fix. It should be below/next to it. Here's a picture I posted in a different thread for hose routing, but it is a large enough picture to where you can see what it should look like:
