Default Intermittant starting problem.

Hello, My wife has a 2005 SXT 2.0L Neon. My driveway only fits 2 cars, so I sometimes have to move her car out of the way to get mine out. If I don't let the car warm up fully before I move it, it starts very hard the next time I try to start it. It seems like it is flooded. I've tried putting it to the floor when turning it over. I've tried not touching the gas pedal at all when turning it over. Same thing. I can get it started after turning it over steady for about a minute. It coughs quite a few times before it starts. This is something new for this car. I never used to have this problem. Has anybody had the same problem? Thanks, Jeff

How old are the spark plugs and wires?

I would also hook a fuel pressure test gauge up to it and see what ya get.

Plugs and wires were replaced this past fall. I will try the fuel pressure.
It starts perfect every time, after the car has been warmed up fully. It has a problem starting only after a short run.

Perhaps you could have a leaky injector.
