Default 01 neon fog lights

I have an 01 neon that does not have fog lights, but I am planning to put them in. I have the stock switch with the fog light option and should be getting the lights soon. I am just wondering if there is anything like in-line fuses or relays or anything like that in between the switch and the lights? I'm assuming not and it should be a pretty straight forward job.

ALWAYS, always put a fuse closest to the power source, not way down the line incase the wire grounds out.

I put those fake Mercedes lookin led's on mine back in 2003 (long before it became oem on most) instead of real fogs

It's never foggy in texas but maybe 1 week out of the year

Well I'm trying to make everything seem stock so I will be installing the oem switch the iem fog lights and will hooking them up through the fuse block to whichever fog lights go on. So then I wouldn't need an in-line fuse?

No because you'll have a fuse in the fuse block, which is close to it's power source. Exact same idea, just a different set-up.

Ok that's kind of what I figured but I just wanted to be safe, thank you for responses. I also am going to plan on converting this car to power windows locks and mirrors, and also hopefully remote keyless entry. I have everything I need except door panels. If any one has a diagram as to where the wires from the rke module connect to that would be great.
Thanks again
