As I increase my speed the air begins to come out but hardly any air at all when the **** is in the full position still no air. I just replaced the water pump timing belt,ac belt, alternator belt, and thermostat housing because I thought that would fix the issue but it didn't... Any suggestions I would really appreciate it its cold as hell in ct!!

 

Do you mean that there is physically no air moving out of the vents? Because if so it sounds like you have a blower motor issue rather than a heat issue..

 

check the blower motor fuse then look at clues in the connector. ( mulimeter)
