I have a 2000 neon es and I want to swap a 2.4l turbo into it. my friend has a 2004 pt cruiser with a 2.4 turbo. ive read this is a pretty easy swap but i just want to confirm what il need to buy and what il need off the pt to do this and can i use the 5 speed from the pt. thanks

 

be interesting to see what responses you get, as what you are proposing is pretty much my plan if the timing belt breaks in my car.(IIRC the 2.4 is NOT an interference engine, where the 2.0 is)
