My wifes 2004 neon has very little airflow out of the vents, or any position for that matter. It appears to be shifting to all positions and the blower is working on all speeds. The fresh air door seems to change position but the vent pressure doesnt change. I am not sure it is the evap plugged because it happened all of the sudden. Any ideas?

 

Blower motor is crapping out.

 

Even if the blower operates on all speeds? Is the cage coming loose on the shaft or something like that?

 

The re-circulation door can be broken or the control cable has come off the arm right behind the **** panel, as for the blower motor working on all speeds, you mean it works on high med & low to where you can hear the speeds?
