Unhappy Vibration Noise on Neon 2000

Only makes the noise when accelerating in Drive and not in Reverse or Park. Once I reach a cruising speed, I don't hear it unless I go over a large bump or something.
I checked the axles, boots are fine, no leaking. Not a tire thing. I suspected axles but i can't tell if they are bad. Shocks are new, also replaced the lower torque arm rubbers.
I am beginning to believe it is transmission
Any clue?

where does the sound appear to be coming from? I currently have a loose heat sheild under the passenger floor boards im gonna look at this weekend. For me im guessing its either that, another part of the exhaust loose or cat

how's the motor mounts look? Esp on the timing belt side where you can view it thru the access hole when you remove the dirt plug

I found the problem! Is the engine mount that goes to the transmission.
The "vibration/rattle" I hear is the motor grounding out on the frame of the car.
