i really dont wanna sound stupid but it might i have an 03 neon and i have a aem cai aem adjutable cam mpx 60mm throttle body mpx underdrive pully custom exhaust pacesetter hearder hurst short shifter and a grounding kit i want to turbo it but i was reading my ecu isnt mod friendly what does that mean i cant really mod my car for performance cause the ecu wont let me and everytime i shift the car bangs kinda like a back fire it sounds like a gun goes off what is that
