Use a OBD scan tool. You can either spring for one of the $200+ scanners, or just buy a bluetooth OBD scanner from eBay, and then connect to it via an Android or PC to look for the PID.
Also, I think AutoZone has a scanner that can read the MAP, and either they can do it for you, or you can rent the tool.
