supercharge or turbo 2.0 dohc ????????????

which would be best and least risky for a respectable gain in hp and do i need any internals or anything else and about how much

I didn't know u could supercharge a Neon. If anything, I don't think u can.
U can turbo it and get great gains in hp. If u get a PCM with a turbo, u will need to redo the internals of the engine.
