Morning Ali here hoping someone can help. I have a 1996 neon 2.0 single OHC and couple days ago backed into drive. Shut her off loaded couple buckets tools and tried to start and got nothing. Tried to jump nothing, checked cables, checked fuses, someone said starter so pulled it. had it tested good had battery tested bad so bought brand new cleaned starter and all connections, checked neutral switch shifter cable, and nothing. Does anyone have any idea what may have been overlooked or what to do now

 

Red dot blinking or staying solid in your dashboard?

 

I had that problem a while back where I checked everything and it would not start or even flutter. It was the ignition key core. I also replaced a box that holds all the wiring next to it. Good luck.
