Default really frustrated.

i replaced the clutch in a 2000 dodge neon today. it has a 2.0 SOHC. i replaced the clutch and i ran into an issue when i was about the test drive it. The car starts fine and goes into to gear fine, but when i release the clutch pedal to make the car move...it goes no where. i can put the car in 1st, let the clutch completely up, and it just idles as if its in neutral. I drove the car before replacing the clutch and it did move. i took the clutch cable cover off and had someone push the clutch pedal in, the clutch does seperate and return but the car just wont move. can someone please help me figure of the problem?

Maybe you installed something incorrectly, or the pressure plate or release bearing is some how bad / defective. Also make sure the drive axles are also not turning.

The clutch you relpaced. Was it one whole peice or was it in different peices. I have an 02 R/T and when I replaced the clutch. It was one whole peice so I didn't have turn the fly wheel or made sure everything was facing the right direction. Could it be that you might have accidently installed one of the part the wrong direction?
