i was driving down the highway and my engine started bogging real bad when i used the accelerator so when i got pulled over i checked the codes to see if any new had popped up because my CEL has been on for awhile for a small leak detected in the evap system. any who the new codes are p0016,p0068,p0342,and p0340 i looked them up and three of the four codes are for the CPS and the other is for the MAP can these codes be triggered from a blown head gasket or would different codes come up?

 

i checked the oil and the coolant and nether have mixed and also pulled the plugs and plug 1 had oil on the threads plug 2 was dirty but not oily the rest where clean and on further inspection i found fuel in my intake manifold. what causes fuel to get into the intake manifold
