Bypass neutral safety switch

I have a 2004 dodge neon sxt 2.0L engine, I was just curious as how to bypass the neutral safety switch to see if that's the problem with my car not starting, thanks

Jump (short) the wires for the safety switch. Or try starting it in each gear. A better question would be "Why isn't my car starting? It's doing _____, ______, and _____.
