i think the torque struts have to come off, and the engine tilted up off the motor mount. the diffrence between the OE part, and the aftermarket, like the one you've linked to, is the OE is a fluid filled mount, while the aftermarket units aren't. the difference being vibration dampening.

What you have linked is the engine mount. That's the part that you should optimally get the OEM part. The Anchor will work, but you'll likely have vibrations in the car afterwards.

Yes, he will have to remove all three. If the torque struts are in good shape, I would re-use them. IMHO the OEM torque struts are superior to the cheap aftermarket ones. I've been disappointed my those Anchor mounts so many times, I won't use them anymore.
