2nd gen magnum valve cover will fit my 01 se correct?

I may buy a magnum VC (if it fits), besides a new head gasket what else needs to be replaced or swapped into the magnum VC

 

Your car has a SOHC engine. The Magnum has a DOHC engine. No, it won't fit.

 

I am looking for an aluminum one
Its not some thing I need so was trying to find one dirt cheap powder coated or not..

What model / year should I look for

If I find one used, what should I be looking for damage wise.
