I'm trying to remove my starter on a2002 dodge neon I got the top bolt off fine but the 2nd bolt the bottom bolt I can't get to theres a metal bracket in the way of me getting the bottom bolt off If anyone knows anything that can help me get this last bolt off I'd really appreciate it

 

If I remember correctly that bracket is for the intake manifold. Why not just remove that one for the time being?
