Ok, I have a 2004 SXT model Neon. I needa know which is the best model out for that, and also the cheapest? I dont want a cheap one, just one under $200, possible as low as $170. If u know of any, give me names, or better yet, websites to order them from (just not ebay). Thanks alot.

Two questions to add:
1) Will a cold air intake add even more sound to my magnaflow exhaust?
2) Can I use, say a K&N, intake designed it says for an SRT-4 on my neon?

bah!! lol, K&N makes a brand just for the neon... intakesandexhausts.com has them and they are a good deal too. Any color that they could come in... have fun.

CAI have a cool sound to it... i think it sounds pretty cool when it is all together... but thats just me.

 

Nope, the srt intake will not work on your neon. Its made specifically for the SRT4. Yes it will add to your exhaust. My intake actually is louder then my exhaust above 4K rpms (and my exhaust is loud!!). Yeah you should be able to get one for 200 or less. I don't know what the best one is of them all. I just put a K&N on mine about a week ago and I'm very happy with how its working up to this point. We'll see if I like it later on down the road or if I think it made a huge improvement only because of noise.

 

I gettin a typhoon intake and the K&N drop in is great for my sxt its just that I want more power and dont have to worry about noise I have a srt4 exhaust on my sxt . Theres aem or injen or iceman. There all great quility so just pick one that you like. Good luck.

 

There are many out there. AEM, Iceman, K&N, Typhoon. Pick one, they all are about equal.
