ebay quick struts
Just picked up an 02 and the factory struts with 180km on them are shot. Don't really want to drop $1000 on it at this point.
monroe quick struts are going for $270 each locally.
I found a pair on ebay for $130 for rears. I don't imagine they're great quality... but have to be better then the noisy worn out factory ones.
Has anyone tried these? Contemplating grabbing a complete set of these, or just some monroes for the front

Sounds good but you have to pay the shipping again. I always wanted struts that can ride well on the dirt roads too. Has anyone got some answers to that? Most struts will not give soft comfortable rides. Fill me in if anyone has a particular brand. With out the coil over brands.
dude, get 'em on amazon.
Current amazon price (w/ free super saver shipping) for Monroe Quick struts :
171580 (front) $111.90
171578 (RR) $104.93
171579 (LR) $107.50
so....
111.90(x2)+104.93+107.50= $436.23 (Plus tax where applicable)
srt4rez: if you want a soft comfortable ride, convert to an air ride setup. but to do that, you're into decent coil over money.
