I have a 2005 dodge neon, that has two motor vent in the radiator. Had to buy a replacement because the hey got damage. The replacement has a small box at the electric connection point and the mechanic told me that these were for avoiding damage on the computer, cause of the electric pics.
My question is, the original vents, didn't had it, now don't know what to do , if I can fix the old ones and put them back on , because they don't have the resistance box.

Please some one can tell me what is the meaning of this. Thanks.
