Ok so I replaced the tps sensor and the same darn thing... Crazy or what, I took off the air box and the throttle body to look at them and they look fine huh??? I just don't know

It is the upstream o2 sensor I bought a new cat and both o2 sensors the upstream was a high performance one and I was assured that it did not make a difference. Not true at all I got it from eBay global auto in Miami they are not truthful... So go the replacement from Global it does the same thing so I unplugged it and it works fine I guess my Neon does not like the cheap o2 sensors. No I have code p 0032 huh!

same problem... I now have unplugged the o2 sensor the upstream one it runs great... this does not make sense... I plug it in and it runs terrible I cant be that unlucky and get back to back bad o2 sensors right?

never had 02 sensor issues but I went with oem non perf
