The dash on my 03 neon has been worked on several times by the dealer, and I'm not sure if they put it back together the correct way. Years later now, it rattles like crazy.

My wife is going to Hawaii with her mom and while she is gone, I want to take the dash apart and wrap sound deadening material every where the parts touch each other.

it only rattles on the drives side, so does anyone have a step by step on how to take the thing apart? photos would be ever better.

If you look around in this forum and find a post by dartroush, under his sig you'll see a link to the factory service manual (FSM). It has excellent step by step instructions for removing the dash.
