Hi. I am a new member on this forum and also neon.org forum I have a 2003 neon sxt. I had my #4 spark plug boot off and forgot to put it back on before starting the car. When I started it I believe the boot arched off the fuel rail. Now I have a p0204 injector circuit code and the car runs sluggish.

Things I tried

Tested injectors with multimeter-all same

Swapped injectors-still code p0204 #4

Made a Noid tester with a bulb-light is bright and does not pulse on #4, All other injectors connectors pulse

Tested for continuity from injector connector to end of wire by the pcm-Made the buzzing sound and ohm 0.03

Looked for melted wire going to the pcm- look ok

Still have the p0204. Is there anything else i'm missing other than a bad pcm driver? I pulled the pcm and have it opened, Do not see any burns through the potting, Took pictures if anyone needs them to locate the driver transistor...i'm not sure where it is located. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it, Due to the fact this is my only means of transportation.
