My 2000 Dodge Neon has a quirky problem where sometimes the Tachometer starts to bounce and the engine slightly revs. When this happens I no longer can use the cruise control. Sometimes when using the cruise control it will just stop working and the slight engine rev starts happening and the tachometer starts to bounce. Any ideas?
