hi guys, I'm new to the forum and need your help!

My girlfriend has a 2004 sxt. the passenger window will roll down but does not want to roll back up. it doesn't matter if you use the drivers switch or the passenger.its happened a couple of times and it needs to be fixed. it eventually rolls back up but it takes forever. just wanted to check here first if there is common problems before i take the door apart. Im thinking it could be the regulator, whats your thoughts? thanks!
